4-arm mechanical revolving door
The single-direction GRV5 revolving door (also called 4-arm horizontal turnstile) is a simple and cost-effective way of directing an orderly influx of persons in a single direction. The presence of this device allows free exit in one of the two transit directions and at the same time provides a deterrent against intrusion attempts. In Points of sale and Service area it is used to allow free entrance and prevent exit, while in Swimming pools and Fitness centres it is usually used to allow free exit from areas with a controlled access.
The use of the guiding arch on the side is essential to prevent any intrusion attempt thanks to its curved shape which prevents transit between the arms in the opposite direction with respect to the rotation.
